Laisser reposer 5 minutes et m\u00e9langer pour obtenir une texture bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9server \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 2 heures environ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<em><u>Pour les biscuits<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre le beurre avec le sucre au batteur pendant environ 5 minutes, le m\u00e9lange doit \u00eatre cr\u00e9meux et l\u00e9ger. Rajouter les \u0153ufs un par un, en m\u00e9langeant entre chaque ajout.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser la farine m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 la levure et \u00e0 la poudre de noisettes. Bien m\u00e9langer, et laisser reposer 1 heure au frigo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four chaleur tournante \u00e0 150\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chemiser de papier sulfuris\u00e9 une plaque de four et former des petites boules de p\u00e2te de la taille d\u2019une grosse noisette. Les d\u00e9poser sur la plaque et les aplatir tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Attention \u00e0 ne pas trop coller les biscuits car ils ont s\u2019\u00e9taler \u00e0 la cuisson. Renouveler l\u2019op\u00e9ration jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfourner pour 17\/20 minutes, les biscuits doivent dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.
