R\u00e9server au frigo au moins 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour cuire les sabl\u00e9s, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170&lt;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand les boudins de p\u00e2te ont durci, les badigeonner de blanc d\u2019oeuf puis les rouler dans du sucre de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 bien les enrober.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau bien aiguis\u00e9, d\u00e9couper en tranches d\u2019environ 1 centim\u00e8tre et d\u00e9poser les tranches au fur et \u00e0 mesure sur une plaque recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfourner pour 15 minutes environ, ils sont pr\u00eats d\u00e8s que les bords commencent \u00e0 dorer.
