css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9parer la pur\u00e9e de potimarron\u00a0: dans une casserole rassembler le potimarron avec l\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e, le sucre roux et les \u00e9pices et laisser confire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 20\/30 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019ensemble ait la texture d\u2019une confiture bien \u00e9paisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter ensuite le lait et bien m\u00e9langer (c\u2019est le moment d\u2019ajuster le teneur en sucre de votre yahourt selon vos go\u00fbts).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dilu\u00e9e dans une peu de lait et bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 feu doux pendant 3 voire 4 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la texture \u00e9paississe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couvrir au contact avec du papier film et laisser refroidir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 environ 40\u00ba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre le yahourt nature et verser progressivement notre lait parfum\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une texture bien lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9partir dans des pots de yahourts et les mettre en yahourti\u00e8re pour 8\/12 heures en fonction de votre appareil et de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A la fin du cycle, laisser refroidir 4 heures au frigo avant de d\u00e9guster m\u00eame si \u00e7a va \u00eatre tr\u00e8s difficile.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><i>Bon profit!<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>Quelques petits details qui comptent\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>*cc: cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>** La quantit\u00e9 de sucre est \u00e0 adapter en fonction de vos go\u00fbts et du type de courge que vous utilisez.
