Ici je vous propose une petite astuce pour bien impr\u00e9gner vos viandes de marinade en les mettant sous vide avec les moyens du bord.<\/p>\n<p>Quand \u00e0 la marinade elle s\u2019inspire d\u2019un cocktail d\u00e9couvert au Mexique \u00e0 base de mezcal et de jus d\u2019orange.
