On en a m\u00eame fait un <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/fr\/category\/defi-un-mois-un-yahourt\/\">D\u00e9fi tout entier consacr\u00e9 aux yahourts.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui je vous propose la version maison d\u2019un grand classique, le yahourt aux fruits. J\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 plusieurs recettes de <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=376\">yahourts aux pommes<\/a> et suite \u00e0 plusieurs demandes, voici aujourd\u2019hui la version maison du yahourt aux fruits, fraise et framboise en t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>Les fruits crus ne peuvent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9parer des yahourts car ils contiennent des enzymes qui perturbent la fermentation. Ajouter alors la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs dilu\u00e9e dans un tout petit peu d\u2019eau et faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen 1 minutes. Ajouter alors le lait et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Le m\u00e9lange doit \u00e9paissir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement (5\/7 minutes environ) mais on ne cherche pas une consistante bien \u00e9paisse, juste bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Filmer au contact et laisser revenir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
