Ajouter la levure \u00e9miett\u00e9e et m\u00e9langer pour la dissoudre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans le bol d\u2019un robot p\u00e9trin, m\u00e9langer la pur\u00e9e de potimarron, l\u2019\u0153uf, 350 g de farine (en r\u00e9server 50g pour ajuster selon la consistante de votre p\u00e2te), le sel, le sucre, la cannelle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le m\u00e9lange lait\/beurre\/levure. P\u00e9trir environ 10 minutes, la p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre lisse et facile \u00e0 manipuler sans coller aux doigts mais rester souple et pas trop dure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couvrir et laisser pousser dans un endroit ti\u00e8de environ 1 heure. Dans notre four vapeur, je l\u2019ai mis en mode lev\u00e9e position 3 pendant 40 minutes puis 20 minutes avec le four \u00e9teint.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand la p\u00e2te a doubl\u00e9 de volume, l\u2019\u00e9taler en forme de rectangle sur une \u00e9paisseur d\u2019environ 6 mm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la garniture<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire fondre le beurre et y ajouter le sucre et la cannelle. Couper un potimarron en deux, \u00f4ter les graines avec une cuill\u00e8re et mettre sur un plat \u00e0 four, partie coup\u00e9e contre la plaque avec 3 CS*** d\u2019eau. C\u2019est parti \u00e0 180\u00ba pour entre 35 et 60 minutes selon la taille de la b\u00eate.
