Ajouter le yahourt nature et bien fouetter pour obtenir une pr\u00e9paration lisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">S\u00e9parer les blancs des jaunes et ajouter les jaunes \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration ant\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien m\u00e9langer et ajouter la farine m\u00e9lang\u00e9e avec le bicarbonate, le poivre, l\u2019aneth et le sel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau et si vous ne souhaitez pas utiliser la p\u00e2te de suite, r\u00e9server couvert d\u2019un torchon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand vous \u00eates pr\u00eats \u00e0 cuire les blinis, d\u00e9couper la peau du citron confit et le saumon fum\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s et les rajouter \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. M\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Monter les blancs en neige ferme et les ajouter d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la p\u00e2te en essayant de ne pas trop les faire retomber.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 blinis ou \u00e0 pancakes \u00e0 feu vif, y d\u00e9poser 2 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es de p\u00e2te, baisser le feu et faire cuire les blinis pendant 3 ou 4 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019apparition de petites bulles et retourner. Prolonger la cuisson de 2 ou 3 minutes.
