Les faire dorer dans l\u2019huile chaude et ajouter les oignons \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et \u00e9minc\u00e9s en demi-lunes bien fines. Rajouter une belle pinc\u00e9e de sel et laisser dorer en ajoutant un peu d\u2019eau si \u00e7a attache.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors les supions et faire cuire 5 minutes, pour laisser leur eau de cong\u00e9lation s\u2019\u00e9vaporer compl\u00e8tement, la pr\u00e9paration doit \u00eatre s\u00e8che.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors le vin blanc et le laisser s\u2019\u00e9vaporer compl\u00e8tement avant d\u2019ajouter \u00bd verre d\u2019eau, un peu de poivre.
