Selon la texture que vous aimez pour vos velout\u00e9s, ajustez avec un peu de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes ou d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement en sel et poivre.
