Le faire suer 5 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il colorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Ajouter alors les c\u00f4tes de blettes et les faire cuire quelques instants avant de rajouter les feuilles et de les cuire 4 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau claire dans une passoire le riz complet et l\u2019amarante et l\u2019ajouter dans la cocotte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Compl\u00e9ter avec le sucre roux et le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, du sel et bien m\u00e9langer. Laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen et \u00e0 demi-couvert pendant 50\/65 minutes selon votre riz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au fond de la cocote, une fine couche aura caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 au fond et il ne restera plus de liquide.
