Oter leur p\u00e9doncule et les couper en 2 dans la longueur. Avec la pointe d\u2019un petit couteau, entailler des croisillons dans la chair. Passer un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dessus au pinceau et saler, poivrer. Enfourner pour environ 30 minutes \u00e0 200\u00ba chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire cuire le riz selon les indications du paquet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9couper la tomate et l\u2019oignon nouveau en petits d\u00e9s et les m\u00e9langer aux sardines \u00e9goutt\u00e9es et au riz cuit.
