Amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et \u00f4ter du feu. Couvrir et laisser infuser le temps que la pr\u00e9paration revienne \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Filtrer pour retirer la cannelle et l\u2019\u00e9corce de citron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre le yahourt nature et rajouter progressivement notre lait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et refroidi. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9partir dans des pots de yahourts et les mettre en yahourti\u00e8re pour 8\/12 heures en fonction de votre appareil et de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A la fin du cycle, laisser refroidir 4 heures au frigo avant de d\u00e9guster m\u00eame si \u00e7a va \u00eatre tr\u00e8s difficile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour donner un suppl\u00e9ment de gourmandise \u00e0 ce yahourt, vous pouvez le saupoudrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sucre roux et le caram\u00e9liser au chalumeau pour recr\u00e9er la petite couche de sucre caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 craquante de la cr\u00e8me catalane.
