Mettre \u00e0 cuire et d\u00e8s que la soupape tourne, laisse cuire 10 minutes. D\u00e8s que la pression est retomb\u00e9e, mixer finement le velout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant que les l\u00e9gumes cuisent, faire dorer les tranches de speck \u00e0 la po\u00eale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles deviennent croustillantes. Laisser ti\u00e9dir et mixer \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mixeur.
