M\u00e9langer les graines avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et r\u00e9server. Conserver la gousse pour une autre utilisation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cortamos la vaina de vainilla y le quitamos las pepitas. Las mezclamos con el aceite de oliva y reservamos (lo podemos preparar con antelaci\u00f3n). Cette op\u00e9ration peut se faire en avance, l\u2019huile n\u2019en sera que plus parfum\u00e9e\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire bouillir une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau avec la carotte et l\u2019oignon \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et grossi\u00e8rement d\u00e9coup\u00e9s, le sel et le persil. Plonger les homards et laisser cuire 5\/10 minutes\u00a0selon la taille des homards. Egoutter et laisser ti\u00e9dir avant d\u2019\u00f4ter les carapaces. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">15 minutes avant de servir, faire chauffer \u00e0 feu doux l\u2019huile de vanille dans une grande po\u00eale, y ajouter les ch\u00e2taignes, saler, poivrer et laisser r\u00e9chauffer puis flamber avec le Brandy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter les homards d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9s et un fond d\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e.
