Ils doivent \u00eatre dor\u00e9s de toutes parts. Les r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire de m\u00eame avec les saucisses d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en bouch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans la m\u00eame cocotte, faire dorer l\u2019oignon finement hach\u00e9 avec 2 gousses d\u2019ail finement \u00e9minc\u00e9es. Quand tout est bien color\u00e9, ajouter les tomates concass\u00e9es et laisser toute l\u2019eau s\u2019\u00e9vaporer \u00e0 feu doux, le m\u00e9lange doit s\u00e9cher pour concentrer les saveurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter la mistela et laisser r\u00e9duire.
