R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans la m\u00eame cocotte, en rajoutant si besoin un peu d\u2019huile, faire dorer l\u2019oignon d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en petits cubes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter alors les tomates concass\u00e9es et laisser r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 couvert. Quand le sofrito est bien dense, ajouter alors les raisins secs et les pignons avec 2 louches d\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e. Laisser cuire 5 minutes puis ajouter la morue r\u00e9serv\u00e9e et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux et \u00e0 couvert pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant ce temps, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pilon, \u00e9craser le pain grill\u00e9, les amandes, l\u2019ail et le persil. Diluer avec un peu d\u2019eau chaude et rajouter dans la sauce.
