Graisser les moules et r\u00e9partir la pr\u00e9paration<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Enfourner pour 35\/40 minutes, les petites royales ne doivent pas trop dorer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Piquer avec un cure-dent pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour les d\u00e9s de specks glac\u00e9s<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire sauter les d\u00e9s de speck jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soinjet bien dor\u00e9s. S\u2019ils rel\u00e2chent beaucoup de gras, les \u00e9goutter et essuyer la po\u00eale. Les remettre dans la po\u00eale et ajouter le vinaigre balsamique.
