D\u00e8s qu\u2019ils sont bien caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, ajouter les champignons et laisser bien \u00e9vaporer les liquides.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Saupoudrer de farine de riz et bien m\u00e9langer \u00e0 feu vif pour r\u00e9partir la farine de riz dans la pr\u00e9paration environ 2 minutes puis ajouter le lait progressivement en m\u00e9langeant bien, la sauce va \u00e9paissir, \u00e0 vous d\u2019ajuster la quantit\u00e9 de lait pour obtenir une sauce bien dense et onctueuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajuster l\u2019assaisonnement en sel, poivre et noix de muscade. Ajouter le persil cisel\u00e9 et bien m\u00e9langer. Mettre dans un plat \u00e0 gratin et filmer au contact. Laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 165\u00ba chaleur tournante (et vapeur mini pour mon four).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Farcir les galettes de sarrasin avec la pr\u00e9paration aux champignons et les replier en petits paquets.
