Les d\u00e9couper en morceaux moyens.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer 1cc** d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire revenir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement l\u2019oignon nouveau. Ajouter alors la carotte et faire dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Couvrir \u00e0 niveau d\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e et saler et poivrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Laisser cuire 15\/20 minutes, les carottes doivent \u00eatre bien tendres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher les avocats et les d\u00e9noyauter puis en ajouter UN SEUL hors du feu aux carottes cuites. Mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une texture lisse et velout\u00e9e\u00a0 en ajustant si besoin avec un peu d\u2019eau. Go\u00fbter pour ajuster en sel et poivre et ajouter \u00bd cc** coriandre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Si vous ne servez pas le velout\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement, r\u00e9server ou faire r\u00e9chauffer \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux sans jamais faire bouillir\u00a0!!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mixer le second avocat avec le jus de citron, \u00bd cc** de coriandre, sel, poivre, 1cc** d\u2019huile et la moiti\u00e9 de la ciboulette. Pour obtenir une texture dense et cr\u00e9meuse.
