Ajouter le safran et m\u00e9langer 2 minutes \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le laurier et le vin blanc et laisser bouillir 2 minutes pour que l\u2019alcool s\u2019\u00e9vapore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter les moules, le bouillon de poisson et 800ml d\u2019eau filtr\u00e9e, saler et poivrer, couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux 15\/20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant ce temps, \u00e9caler l\u2019\u0153uf dur et l\u2019\u00e9mietter.
