Ajouter alors les raisins secs et les abricots secs d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en petits morceaux. Verser le riz en pluie, bien m\u00e9langer et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu vif 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant ce temps, faire torr\u00e9fier les pignons dans une po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse. Faire de m\u00eame avec les amandes. R\u00e9server sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au bout des 10 minutes, baisser le feu au minimum, d\u00e9poser joliment les pruneaux et les dattes et compter encore 10 minutes.
