Et m\u00eame si on les aime tout simplement cuites \u00e0 la vapeur avec des pommes de terre, quand il faut en manger plusieurs fois au cours de la m\u00eame semaine, j\u2019essaie de varier un peu les plaisirs pour ne pas nous lasser.<\/p>\n<p>Je les aime bien avec un <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/acelgas-a-la-extremena-crumble-de-jamon\/\">crumble de jambon sec<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/una-rica-idea-para-comer-acelgas-acelgas-con-manzana-y-almendras\/\">simplement po\u00eal\u00e9es avec des pommes et des amandes<\/a>. Au bout de 3 minutes, rajouter le tamari et la bo\u00eete de tomates et laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert 5 minutes de plus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand les blettes sont presque cuites, \u00f4ter le couvercle et rajouter le gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9, un peu de piment\u00f3n selon vos go\u00fbts, du sel et du poivre.
