Bien les \u00e9goutter et les d\u00e9couper en petits morceaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un petit saladier, m\u00e9langer le jus de citron, la sauce soja et une pinc\u00e9e de piment\u00f3n. Ajouter les algues, m\u00e9langer et laisser mariner au moins 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour le velout\u00e9 de haricots blancs<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire dorer quelques minutes l\u2019ail et la courgette. Ajouter ensuite les haricots blancs bien rinc\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser curire \u00e0 couvert \u00e0 feu moyen environ 15 minutes, les courgettes doivent \u00eatre bien tendres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mixer finement et ajuster la texture selon votre go\u00fbt.
