Penser \u00e0 couvrir au contact pour \u00e9viter la formation d\u2019une cro\u00fbte sur le dessus du lait.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Une fois le lait refroidi, filtrer et commencer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer les yahourt. Battre le yahourt nature et rajouter progressivement notre lait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et refroidi.
