M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration \u00e9paississe l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et ait une couleur homog\u00e8ne. Couvrir au contact avec du papier film la pr\u00e9paration encore chaude et laisser revenir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand le lait aromatis\u00e9 est froid, battre le yahourt nature et rajouter progressivement notre lait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et refroidi.
