M\u00e9langer sans arr\u00eat jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les \u00e9pinards perdent leur volume (compter 2 mn).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Oter du feu, rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau bien froide et \u00e9goutter compl\u00e8tement en appuyant bien entre vos mains. Hacher et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour la cuisson des oeufs, placer les oeufs dans une petite casserole pouvant les contenir tout juste et recouvrir largement d\u2019eau, un centim\u00e8tre au-dessus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu\u2019\u00e1 \u00e9bullition douce puis couvrir et \u00e9teindre le feu. Compter 7 minutes puis rafra\u00eechir sous l\u2019eau du robinet. Ecaler d\u00e9licatement et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Dans une po\u00eale, toaster les amandes environ 5 minutes en les surveillant pour ne pas qu\u2019elles br\u00fblent et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher l\u2019ail et le couper en petits b\u00e2tonnets. Faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement blondir dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive chaude et ajouter le piment\u00f3n et le cumin hors du feu. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards, les amandes et les \u0153ufs.
