D\u00e9couper en gros cubes et les ajouter dans la cocotte. Ajouter les pommes rinc\u00e9es et \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es (avec la peau) avec le c\u00e9leri d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en morceaux. Laisser colorer 5 minutes et ajouter le jus de citron, le miel et le thym. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter le bouillon et laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert pendant 20\/30 minutes, le fenouil doit \u00eatre bien tendre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Oter la branche de thym et mixer tr\u00e8s finement.
