Puis \u00e9taler dans un grand plat \u00e0 four et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">pr\u00e9parer les lentilles. Les rincer sous l\u2019eau et les mettre \u00e0 cuire avec la feuille de laurier, l\u2019ail pel\u00e9 entier et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Couvrir d\u2019eau (environ 2 doigts au-dessus du niveau des lentilles) et laisser\u00a0 cuire environ 25 minutes, elles doivent rester al dente. Egoutter et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher la betterva et la r\u00e2per finement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande po\u00eale et y dorer l\u2019\u00e9chalote \u00e9pluch\u00e9e et finement hach\u00e9e.
