Mais comme la petite princesse adooore \u00e7a depuis toute b\u00e9b\u00e9, elle s\u2019invite plus souvent \u00e0 notre table.<\/p>\n<p>Ici, je vous propose une recette qui transforme la polenta en b\u00e2tonnets fa\u00e7on frites. Ajouter la polenta en m\u00e9langeant au fouet sans arr\u00eat et cuire pendant 3 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que \u00e7a \u00e9paississe et que le m\u00e9lange se d\u00e9tache des bords de la casserole.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser sans attendre dans un moule rectangulaire de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une \u00e9paisseur de 1 cm environ. Lisser la surface et laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour que la polenta durcisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Peu de temps avant de passer \u00e0 table, pr\u00e9chauffer le grill du four \u00e0 240\u00ba (chaleur statique).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9couper la polenta en b\u00e2tonnets fa\u00e7on frites de pommes de terre et les badigeonner tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive au pinceau.
