Les faire sauter rapidement dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avant d\u2019y rajouter les asperges vertes d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en tron\u00e7ons (sans les pointes). Cuire 3 minutes avant d\u2019ajouter les pointes d\u2019asperges en ajoutant si besoin un peu d\u2019eau de cuisson des p\u00e2tes. Les asperges doivent rester al dente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant ce temps cuire les p\u00e2tes selon les indications de votre paquet. Une minute avant la fin de la cuisson, ajouter les petits pois dans les p\u00e2tes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser les p\u00e2tes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9goutt\u00e9es dans la po\u00eal\u00e9e d\u2019asperges, ajuster en sel et piment d\u2019Espelette.
