Laisser vuire 5\/10 mn de plus et quand les l\u00e9gumes sont tendres, ajouter les graines d\u2019anis et le poulpe cuit. Laisser ti\u00e9dir dans un grand saladier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher les oranges \u00e0 vif en r\u00e9servant le jus. Couper les segments et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Au moment du service, ajouter les barbes de fenouil et les oranges aux l\u00e9gumes cuits.
