Ajouter ensuite les l\u00e9gumes hach\u00e9s et faire revenir avec une petite pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter les clous de girofle, la sauge et les baies de geni\u00e8vre. Laisser cuire en remuant encore 2 minutes. Ajouter les tripes cuites et d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en petites lamelles ainsi que la sauce tomate.
