Et c\u2019est vrai qu\u2019il suffit de peu pour transformer une salade en jolie entr\u00e9e comme c\u2019est le cas de ces petits bateaux pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par Polyanna.<\/p>\n<p>Une salade toute simple de crabe et d\u2019avocat, assaisonn\u00e9e par une vinaigrette au jus de citron et \u00e0 la coriandre est dress\u00e9e dans des feuilles de sucrine pour un suppl\u00e9ment de texture des plus d\u00e9licieux. D\u00e9couper en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un saladier, fouetter le lait de coco, le jus de pamplemousse, le jus de citron vert (commencer par n\u2019en mettre qu\u2019un peu et ajuster selon votre go\u00fbt), la coriandre, du sel et un peu de piment d\u2019Espelette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Emulsionner puis ajouter la chair de crabe, les d\u00e9s de pamplemousse, les avocats \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et d\u00e9coup\u00e9s en cubes. M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement et ajuster les assaisonnements.
