css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280835828{background-color: #fff0dd !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour une belle quantit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">6\/8 personnes<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">250g d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de farines compl\u00e8te 5 c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (bl\u00e9, riz, seigle, orge, avoine)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">90g de farine d\u2019avoine<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">120g de farine de seigle<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3CS** de sucre roux<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2CS** de levure chimique<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1cc*** rase de sel fin<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">950 ml de lait<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6 gros oeufs l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battus<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">60g de beurre fondu<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Un peu d\u2019huile neutre pour la po\u00eale<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb3\/4&Prime; css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer les farines, le sel, la levure et le sucre roux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un autre saladier, fouetter les \u0153ufs avec le lait et le beurre fondu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 lancer la cuisson des pancakes, verser les liquides sur le m\u00e9lange sec et m\u00e9langer pour obtenir une p\u00e0te homog\u00e8ne mais sans trop la battre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer une po\u00eale genre \u00e0 cr\u00eapes ou a pancakes et la graisser tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser une tasse de p\u00e2te par pancake dans la po\u00eale chaude, compter 2 \u00e0 3 pancakes par \u00ab\u00a0fourn\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand la p\u00e2te commence \u00e0 faire des bulles sur le dessus et que le dessous est bien croustillant et dor\u00e9 (compter 4 minutes), les retourner et les laisser cuire 2 \u00e0 3 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">R\u00e9p\u00e9ter la manoeuvre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9coulement des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Servir chauds ou ti\u00e8des avec beurre, confiture, caramel, sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ces pancakes se conservent tr\u00e8s bien au cong\u00e9lateur une fois refroidis dans un sac en plastique ferm\u00e9.
