Eplucher l\u2019oignon et le hacher finement, tout comme l\u2019ail.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chauffer 1cc* d\u2019huile dans une sauteuse et y faire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dorer l\u2019ail avant d\u2019ajouter l\u2019oignon avec une bonne pinc\u00e9e de sel. Quand il est bien dor\u00e9, ajouter le poivron et laisser cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le poivron soit tendre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laisser ti\u00e9dir avant d\u2019ajouter la mozzarella d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en petits cubes, les olives hach\u00e9es et l\u2019origan frais.
