Cuire les moules \u00e0 couvert environ 3 voire 4 minutes selon leur taille, elles doivent juste s\u2019ouvrir. Les \u00e9goutter (je conserve leur jus de cuisson pour cuire un risotto ou faire une petite soupe) et les laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mixer finement les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et les olives. Les m\u00e9langer au beurre, \u00e0 la chapelure et aux \u00e9pices. Ajuster en sel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9coquiller les moules en ne conservant qu\u2019une partie, disposer un peu de crumble dessus et enfourner pour environ 2 minutes sous le gril du four (210\u00ba).
