Couvrir de papier sulfuris\u00e9 une plaque de four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Nettoyer soigneusement kla butternut vu que nous allons consommer la peau. Couper la butternut dans la hauteur et \u00f4ter les graines \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9couper en tranches d\u2019environ 1cm et les m\u00e9langer \u00e0 1cc* d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. R\u00e9partir sur la plaque du four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Peler les oignons et les d\u00e9couper en quartiers (3 quartiers par quart d\u2019oignon). D\u00e9poser \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des butternut (c\u2019est plus facile de les s\u00e9parer car si les oignons cuisent plus vite vous pourrez les sortir du four avant les courges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et enfourner pour 20 mn, tourner les demi lunes de courge et remettre au four pour 20 mn, en surveillant que l\u2019oignon ne grille pas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la sauce<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pendant que les l\u00e9gumes sont au four, pr\u00e9pare la sauce. Dans un petit bol, battre au fouet les ingr\u00e9dients (sauf les pignons) pour obtenir une sauce l\u00e9g\u00e8re de la texture du miel.
