Un par un, s\u00e9parer les feuilles de chaque petit chou et \u00e9mincer finement son coeur. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter le m\u00eame processus pour tous les choux de Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans une grande po\u00eale, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y ajouter les feuilles et les coeurs \u00e9minc\u00e9s. Faire sauter une minute avant d\u2019ajouter le vinaigre et le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable. Bien m\u00e9langer puis ajouter les \u00e9pinards, m\u00e9langer 2 minutes et c\u2019est pr\u00eat.
