Recommencer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 utiliser tout le turr\u00f3n. D\u00e8s qu\u2019il colore, verser le Cava et le laisser r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9. Remettre le r\u00f4ti dans la cocotte, couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux environ 30\/40 minutes.
