Ajouter alors le chorizo en petits d\u00e9s et le faire sauter 1 minute avant d\u2019ajouter l\u2019oignon et une bonne pinc\u00e9e de sel. Laisser dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 couvert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ajouter ensuite les poivrons et l\u2019algue kombu rinc\u00e9e et d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en petits morceaux.
