Ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive en fouettant pour obtenir une texture cr\u00e9meuse. Ajuster la texture \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt avec un peu d\u2019huile ou d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Laver et s\u00e9cher les feuilles de menthe et les ciseler tr\u00e8s finement avant de les ajouter \u00e0 la vinaigrette. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer votre plancha (th.230\u00ba sur notre teppanyaki) et y faire dorer d\u2019abord c\u00f4t\u00e9 coup\u00e9 nos sucrines pr\u00e9alablement enduites d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
