Ajouter ensuite le fumet de poisson chaud et cuire les filets de maquereaux sal\u00e9s et poivr\u00e9s dans la sauce 5\/6 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rajouter la sauce \u00e0 l\u2019ail obtenue en \u00e9crasant au pilon l\u2019ail ensuite m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
