Saler, poivrer et bien laisser colorer. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Eplucher l\u2019oignon et le d\u00e9couper en fines demi-rondelles. Rincer le poivron, l\u2019\u00e9plucher si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez, d\u00e9couper en morceaux d\u20191cm de large environ.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans la m\u00eame cocotte, faire dorer l\u2019oignon avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il prenne une jolie coloration dor\u00e9e. Ajouter les poivrons et bien m\u00e9langer. Couvrir et laisser cuire 5\/10 minutes, en ajoutant un peu d\u2019eau si besoin pour que \u00e7a n\u2019attache pas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand il ne reste plus de liquide dans la cocotte, remettre la viande, la sauce tomate, saler, poivrer et rajouter les piment\u00f3ns.
