D\u2019ailleurs je dois dire que quand c\u2019est du chou rouge on est plut\u00f4t contents car on le mange la plupart du temps en <a href=\"https:\/\/comeconmigo.net\/?p=179\">salade avec des graines de courge<\/a>. Les ajouter dans la po\u00eale avec l\u2019\u00e9chalote \u00e9pluch\u00e9e et cisel\u00e9. Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et couvrir pour cuire \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9touff\u00e9e environ 15\/20 minutes.
