Ajouter l\u2019\u00e9chalote \u00e9pluch\u00e9e et \u00e9minc\u00e9e et laisser dorer 2 minutes avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel. Ajouter enfin la scarole \u00e9minc\u00e9e grossi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Quand la scarole a perdu du volume et commence \u00e0 s\u2019attendrir, ajouter la farine et la faire cuire environ 2 minutes en remuant bien avant d\u2019ajouter progressivement le bouillon. M\u00e9langer et laisser \u00e9paissir (compter 5 minutes).
