Ensuite ajouter le bouillon chaud, louche par louche en attendant que le chou-fleur ait absorb\u00e9 tout\u00a0 le liquide avant d\u2019en rajouter. Ajouter les petits pois avant la derni\u00e8re louche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Compter 12\/15 minutes pour obtenir la texture souhait\u00e9e, plut\u00f4t al dente pour nous.
