Les faire dorer \u00e0 feu vif dans 1 cc*** d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pour qu\u2019elles perdent leur eau. Saler, poivrer, rajouter le basilic cisel\u00e9 et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">D\u00e9couper les olives en petits morceaux. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Battre les \u0153ufs avec les 2CS** d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et rajouter la ricotta. Bien m\u00e9langer pour que la pr\u00e9paration soit bien lisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer la polenta, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, la poudre d\u2019amandes et la levure. Y verser le m\u00e9lange \u0153ufs\/ricotta et bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter le grana padano, les olives et les courgettes pr\u00e9par\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 cake graiss\u00e9 et enfourner pour 45 minutes, une brochette plant\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u0153ur doit ressortir propre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Servir ti\u00e8de ou froid.
