Quand nous habitions en Italie, au printemps, dans notre panier bio il y a avait souvent une sorte de pain aux asperges vertes. Les d\u00e9couper en fines tranches en r\u00e9servant quelques pointes pour la d\u00e9co.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et y faire sauter les tranches d\u2019asperges jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient tendres (sauf les pointes). Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mixer le levain avec les oeufs, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et le lait. Mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te lisse et sans grumeaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un autre saladier, m\u00e9langer les farines tamis\u00e9es avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel, la levure et du poivre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Verser progressivement les liquides sur les poudres et m\u00e9langer juste ce qu\u2019il faut pour lier les ingr\u00e9dients.
