css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280835828{background-color: #fff0dd !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Pour 4\/6 personnes<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la base de fruits<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6 belles p\u00eaches bien m\u00fbres mais fermes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">20g de maizena<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 bonne pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">25g de sucre roux<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3CS* de bourbon ou whisky<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><em><u>Pour le cobbler<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">175g de farine<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">50g de sucre roux<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2cc** de levure<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00bc cc** fleur de sel<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">95g de beurre<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">145g de cr\u00e8me liquide<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb3\/4&Prime; css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1502280820239{padding-top: 10px !important;padding-right: 10px !important;padding-bottom: 10px !important;padding-left: 10px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour la base de fruits<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On \u00e9pluche les p\u00eaches et on les coupe en 8 gros cubes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin beurr\u00e9 ou huil\u00e9, on m\u00e9lange tous les ingredients de la base de fruits et on laisse mac\u00e9rer au moins 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On peut ne pas attendre mais le r\u00e9sultat est moins juteux sirupeux apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour le cobbler<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On m\u00e9lange la farine avec la levure, la fleur de sel, le sucre roux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On rajoute le beurre bien froid coup\u00e9 en petits cubes et on m\u00e9lange pour obtenir une texture sableuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On rajoute la cr\u00e8me liquide et on m\u00e9lange juste assez mais pas trop pour que la p\u00e2te ne durcisse pas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On r\u00e9serve au frigo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><u>Pour servir<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On pr\u00e9chauffe le four \u00e0 180\u00ba, chaleur tournante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">On enfourne les p\u00eaches pour 30\/35 minutes pour qu\u2019elles commencent \u00e0 compoter.
