Mettre dans une passoire et saupoudrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de sel. Laisser d\u00e9gorger sur un saladier environ 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien rincer les b\u00e2tonnets de concombre et les s\u00e9cher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer le sucre et le sel avec le vinaigre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dissolution, ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et les graines de s\u00e9same.
